Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, leaked, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, especially personal care, skincare, haircare, and beauty products.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the eligible item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.
